After countless hours of development I've finally achieved a working concept consisting of a rocket following a pre-defined path whilst constantly updating it's angle of rotation.
There are still tonnes of features to add and things I'll be changing, but this is essentially the effect I've been striving for.
I reckon no less than 3 jQuery plugins will come out of this development.
